What are your opening hours?

We are open from 8:30am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday except for Thursday in which we close at 6pm. We are also open from 8:30am until 1pm on Saturday.

Can I refill my containers at Big Bubble?

Accepted Answer

In regards to our liquid products; we are able to refill our containers that have been purchased from us initially, however, due to weights and measurements regulations we cannot fill containers that are not our own as they are filled by volume and not by weight.
In regards to our powder products; we can refill any non-dangerous goods products (e.g. bicarb, laundry powder, etc) in any container with a sealable lid and in good condition. However, any dangerous goods products (e.g. dishwashing machine powder) can only be exchanged or refilled in our containers.
