Big Bubble is a retail store based in Midvale, Western Australia. We offer two convenient fulfilment options at checkout: in-store pickup or a shipping quote to your door anywhere in Australia.

Select Store Pickup at checkout to collect your order from our store at no shipping cost.

Shipping Australia Wide
We ship to all states and territories across Australia using trusted carriers including Australia Post, Aramex, and Couriers Please.
Because shipping costs vary based on the size, weight, and destination of your order, we do not display shipping costs at checkout. Instead, here's how it works:
Place your order and select the Shipping Quote option at checkout.
We'll calculate your shipping cost and send you an email with your shipping quote and total order cost.
You can then choose to pay via:
Credit Card
PayPal
Bank Transfer
Once payment is received, your order will be dispatched.
⚠️ Please note: We do not offer international shipping. Orders are available for delivery within Australia only.
Heavy & Bulky Items and Dangerous Goods
Some products are classified as heavy, bulky, or dangerous goods and cannot be shipped via standard carriers to all locations. For these items, our checkout will automatically limit your delivery options to:
Store Pickup from our Midvale store, or
Perth Metro delivery only via Advance Transport
If you are outside the Perth metropolitan area and your cart contains one of these items, store pickup will be your only available fulfilment option.
Perth Metro — Advance Transport
For customers in the Perth metropolitan area, we also offer delivery via Advance Transport, which provides:
Dangerous goods shipping for eligible products
Faster delivery options
Heavy & bulky item delivery

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns or exchanges will be provided at the managers discretion.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.
This is when the item:

Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it

Is unsafe

Is significantly different from the sample or description

Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time.
If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
Please keep your proof of purchase —e.g. your receipt.
