50g All About Bread Sourdough Starter

Can be used to provide a real sourdough flavour in yeasted breads (3 teaspoons per 500g flour).
Ideal to use in a true sourdough coulture. Add 15grams to the first feed to procide depth of flavour and assist fermentation.
