Beer Enhancer 3 is a blend of a high percentage of Light Dried Malt Extract (DME) and a lower percentage of both dextrose and maltodextrin.
This is simply used in place of sugar in any beer style where you want to to boost the the malt flavour and character of your beer while also improving the body, mouthfeel and head formation.
Beer Enhancer 3 is simple to use. Just follow the instructions provided on your beer kit substituting Beer Enhancer 3 where sugar is used in the original recipe.
