The friendlier cousin of the whisky sour is a perfect balance of sweet and sour with an almond base.
A bit of a sleeper on the cocktail scene, an Amaretto Sour is bound to raise a few eyebrows at your next soirée and lend you an air of je ne sais quoi. To clarify, that’s a good thing.
Mixing Instructions
1. Shake your 50ml Amaretto Sour Mixer pack.
2. Combine Amaretto Sour Mixer 50ml, 125ml Water, 125ml 40% Neutral Spirit/Vodka, 17.5g Sugar and 1 scoop of ice (200 grams) into cocktail shaker.
3. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
4. Pour through strainer into champagne coupe glass (don’t stress if you settle for a tumbler – we won’t tell).
5. Garnish with mint, lemon rind or maraschino cherry.
