500g All About Bread Gluten Free Banana Bread


A delicious and moist gluten free banana cake.

  • Ingredients

    Sugar, Maize Flour, Potato Starch, Soy flour, Rice Flour, Modified Starch (1442), Soy Protein, Rasing Agents (500, 541, 341), Egg White, Guar gum, Xanthum Gum, Thickener (461), Dextrose, Salt

    Banana Cake Mix Oil Eggs Water Mashed Banana
    500g 60ml 3 100ml 300g

    Add eggs, water, oil and banana cake mix to a bowl and blend on slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape down, mix on slow speed for a further 3 minutes. Add mashed banana to bowl and mix for a further 1 minute on low speed. Deposit batter into a greased fluted tube tin or loaf pan (22cm x 15cm) and bake at 160C (140C with fan) for approximately 60 minutes.
