It’s said that the Mojito was originally medicinal, so you can only imagine the Good Times being had in Havana hospital wards way back when. Today, the lime, mint and rum concoction is basically an invitation to party, lending a little Latin flair to any occasion.
Mixing Instructions
1. Shake your 50ml Mojito Mixer pack.
2. Combine Mojito Mixer 50ml, 125ml Water, 125ml 40% Neutral Spirit/Vodka, 37.5g Sugar and 1 scoop of ice (200 grams) into Jug.
3. Top up with 200ml of soda water.
4. Pour into two highball glasses.
5. Garnish with mint sprig and/or lime wedge.Makes: 2 x 250ml servings
