TO SANITISE FRUIT MUST
Crush and dose one tablet per 4.5 litres, mix thoroughly and stand in an open container for 24 hours before pitching the yeast.
TO PRESERVE WINES AND CIDERS
Crush and dose 2 tablets per 4.5 litres prior to bottling and mix thoroughly.
If back sweetening is required, use Potassium Sorbate.
